Yes. Tara received her cosmetology license in 2012. She then opened Mane Beauty which is also a licensed and insured business. Any team members hired for on location jobs are fully licensed and insured as well.

Tara books her in studio appointments individually to ensure everyone gets the proper time and attention.

If you have any products like dry shampoo, hair spray, or texture spray in your hair prior to your appointment, it is recommended to wash and dry your hair beforehand.

Minimum of 3 hours.

Yes, but keep in mind, inspiration photos are exactly that- inspiration. They are an end goal. Be prepared for it to potentially take more than one session to achieve your desired color based off of your starting point and your hair texture. Tara advises clients to search for inspiration photos based off their current hair color and texture for a more realistic goal.

Yes. You can purchase a gift card in studio.

Wedding dates book extremely fast and can fully book up 12 months in advance. Weddings are booked on a first come, first served basis and are not held without a deposit and a signed contract.

There is a 4 person minimum for on location bridal styling or event services.

An assistant is required for any event with 6 or more people.

Your trial will take place in studio, on a Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday, during regular business hours in East Meadow. Your wedding day styling will be at the location of your choosing.

Cash ONLY. We do not accept Venmo, Zelle, or Check on wedding days. No exceptions.

Timelines are determined based off 2 things- 1. What time is your photographer arriving? and 2. What time is your ceremony? Hair and makeup must be completed at the time of your photographers arrival. Wedding morning timeline's are non-negotiable. Be prepared for at least 4-6 hours of getting ready time prior to your photographer arriving to ensure a seamless flow and stress free morning. We will not rush our services.
