Yes — if your hair has product in it (like dry shampoo, hairspray, texture spray etc.), it’s best to wash and dry your hair beforehand for the most accurate results.
Do I need to wash my hair before getting it colored?
Nope — in-studio appointments are booked one at a time so everyone gets my full attention and proper time with me.
Do you take more than one appointment at a time?
Yes. I’ve been a licensed stylist since 2012, and Mane Beauty is a fully licensed and insured business. Any team members I bring on for on-location jobs are licensed and insured too.

Absolutely — inspiration photos are welcome, but remember: they show a goal. Depending on your current hair color and texture, it might take more than one session to achieve your dream look.
CAN I SHOW YOU AN INSPIRATION PHOTO?
Highlight appointments take a minimum of 3 hours, depending on what we’re doing and your hair type/length.
How long do highlight appointments usually take?
Yes — there is a 4-person minimum for on-location bridal or event services.
Is there a minimum number of people for on-location bridal styling or events?
Wedding dates fill up fast — many book out 12+ months in advance. To secure your date, a signed contract and deposit are required.
WHEN SHOULD I BOOK MY WEDDING DATE with you?
Yes — gift cards are available for purchase in-studio.

For wedding days, I only accept cash. No Venmo, Zelle, or check on event days.
What payment methods do you accept on wedding day?
Yes. Your trial will be done in-studio (in Farmingdale). For wedding-day styling, I travel to your chosen location.
Do you travel to do wedding day styling?
Yes — any event with 6 or more people requires an assistant.
Do you bring an assistant for larger jobs or bigger parties?
We plan styling around two key times: when your photographer arrives and when your ceremony begins. Because of that, you’ll need at least 4–6 hours of getting ready time to ensure a smooth, stress-free morning.
